Proposed CCR Amendment
(updated to reflect a typo in the current percentage)
To amend Article I, Section 1.7 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Walnut Creek, Section 1, so that amendments may be approved by the affirmative vote of at least sixty-five percent (65%) of the Members present in person or by proxy at a duly called meeting of the Association where quorum is met, rather than eighty percent (80%) of all Owners.
