Main Gate Update

When the majority of our lots were developed, we were to begin closing the main gate on a 24/7 basis.

There have been issues of unauthorized people in our community and the safety of our homes and homeowners is of growing concern, as well as child safety.

Starting on or very soon after June 30, the gate will be closed at all times.

If you need a transmitter or code, please email us.

You may have to give a code to delivery people. Retailers such as Amazon have the ability to add “delivery instructions” where you can add this once and it’ll apply to all future orders.

If your children take the school bus, please notify the school that your neighborhood is now a gated community and that the gates will remain closed going forward.
