CCRs Section 1.7 Amendment

Your Board of Directors is requesting your support for an important amendment to
our community’s Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (“CCRs”).

Currently, the CCRs require approval from 80% of all homeowners to make any
amendment. This extraordinarily high threshold makes it nearly impossible for the
community to update or improve our governing documents as needs change.

To allow our neighborhood to operate more effectively, the Board is proposing an
amendment to reduce the amendment approval requirement from 80% of all
homeowners to 65% of members present at a meeting where quorum is met.

What We Need From You

To enact this change, we must obtain signed approval from homeowners
representing at least 90% of all lots. Your participation is crucial.

Please cast your vote online or by returning the ballot forms in your mailboxes no
later than Saturday, September 27.

amendment. Further amendments will be discussed at a future meeting.
