Bylaws Draft for Review

In our next HOA meeting (tentatively set for July 19), we will be reviewing a final revised draft of the bylaws. The Bylaws committee—formed in the previous member meeting—helped to clarify certain language and make a few revisions to the working draft produced and presented by Bill.

Please take time to review the final draft (download button below) before attending the next meeting where those present will be voting to accept the bylaws.

It is important for us to get these bylaws official so we can move forward more effectively as an HOA and then tackle amending our CCRs, which were originally put together by the developer of our neighborhood.
